What's covered

Non-delivery

If your order is lost in transit or never ships, we refund the full amount or arrange a re-send — you don't chase the seller alone.

Bad seeds (within reason)

Documented zero-germination on a sealed pack of feminized or autoflower seeds is covered. Submit a photo within 14 days of receipt.

Wrong product

If you received the wrong strain, the wrong seed type, or the wrong pack size, you're covered for a full replacement or refund.

How a claim works

  1. 1Contact the seller first — most issues resolve in under 48 hours via the in-app messages.
  2. 2Open a Seennabis claim if the seller doesn't resolve within 5 business days, or sooner for non-delivery past the tracking window.
  3. 3We review and decide within 5 business days. Photos, tracking, and order ID are all you need — no legal maze.
  4. 4Refund or replacement issued directly by Seennabis if the claim is approved — even if the seller disputes it.
