These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Seennabis (https://seennabis.com). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the marketplace.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to purchase cannabis seeds in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to do so. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws of United States and your local area regarding the purchase, possession, and cultivation of cannabis seeds. Where germination or cultivation is restricted, seeds may be sold as adult novelty or collector items only.

Your account

• You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at contact@seennabis.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

The marketplace's role

Seennabis is a marketplace. We do not breed, own, or ship seeds. Products are listed and fulfilled by independent, verified seed banks. When you buy, you enter a transaction with that seller. We verify sellers, standardise listings, process payments, and provide Buyer Protection, but the seller is responsible for the product and its shipment. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of sellers beyond the protections we expressly offer.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in USD. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee availability; if an item can't be fulfilled, you'll be refunded.
• Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Resell, scrape, or misuse listings, content, or data without permission.
• Post false, misleading, infringing, or abusive content or reviews.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the marketplace.

Intellectual property

The Seennabis name, site, and original content are our property or licensed to us. Product names and genetics belong to their respective seed banks and breeders. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is.” Growing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and germination guarantees are provided on the terms stated in each listing and in Returns & Refunds. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seennabis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
